Jeff Caverly, CPB - Controller

Jeff joined the team of the IPBC in the position of Controller in June of 2015 after having served on the IPBC’s Board of Directors as Treasurer for just under 2 years.

Jeff has been a member of the IPBC since 2010, and obtained his CPB designation in 2013. Jeff is also a Knowledge Bureau DFA-Bookkeeping Services Specialist designate as of 2012 and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

Jeff’s wealth of bookkeeping/accounting/management experience began in 1984, straight out of high school, in "Corporate Canada”. Since 2002, as owner of AccuCypher Fiscal Services, and advisor to small business, Jeff has very relevant experience with respect to the challenges our members, and their clients, face on a daily basis.

Anita Andriash, Senior Administrator / Event Coordinator

Anita joined the IPBC administration team in June 2009 in a sales position and over the years has embraced a number of new administrative opportunities. Her responsibilities today include Member Support, Senior Administrator and Event/Conference Coordinator. Anita has over 30 years of combined experience in sales, administration and corporate management. She enjoys taking on admin challenges and working on special projects at the IPBC.

John Zottola, Membership Sales/ Regional Expansion Manager

John started with the IPBC in October 2011 primarily in a sales role to stabilize and grow the membership base in Canada.  Over the past few years the responsibilities have expanded to include member renewals, member support but still maintaining a sales goal to keep growing the IPBC.  John is accomplished in management, operations, sales and key account relations.  John has been instrumental in growing the IPBC membership which has doubled to over 1500 members coast to coast.

Melanie Frier, Member Services/Administrative Assistant

Melanie joined IPBC in March 2016 as Member Support.  Melanie is a multi-faceted and accomplished professional with over 15 years of experience providing superior executive and administrative services.  Melanie is highly motivated, organized and driven with no fear of challenges or obstacles. Melanie looks forward to building new relationships within the IPBC organization.

  Darlene Morrison, Membership Sales/Social Media Coordinator

Darlene joined the IPBC team in August 2016 with the role of Membership Sales and Social Media Coordinator.  Darlene has a background in Communications, Media, Social Media, and Non-Profit Management.  She has graduated with Honors in Fundraising Management from Algonquin College.  Darlene is very excited to get to know the members and help grow the Organization.
