My Journey to the Cloud - IPBC Virtual Presentation

Presented By:  Jennifer Moore - 2016 Firm of the Future Finalist for Canada

30 minutes: first 1/2 hour the story of Moore Details moving from desktop to QBO. We will be sharing our struggles and how we overcame them. We’ll share how we started our practice and successfully transitioned to a 100% virtual paperless practice by taking it one app at a time.

 

15 minutes: Demo (using screen shots) of QBOA on Work, Team, Wholesale Billing. Emphasis on how to be efficient using QBO.

Speaker’s Bio:

Jennie Moore is the founder of Moore Details, a fast-growing, forward-thinking business that has helped numerous clients evolve and fine-tune their financial operations for more than 10 years. Today, she is also a content writer and mentor in the Intuit Mentoring Program and the Intuit Trainer Writer Network.  She lives with her husband and three kids in Foxboro, Ontario, Canada.

Jennies passion to help has provided her with opportunities to speak at events such as the annual conference for the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada and the renowned Intuit Thrive Conference. As well she has judged the international Hackathon competition in San Jose, California. Moore Details has also received the prestigious recognition of being Canada’s 2016 Firm of the Future winner; an honor bestowed to the most innovative firm in Canada by Intuit. Most recently she has been nominated for a Premier Award by the Ministry of Education for her deduction to the Accounting industry.

The meeting is free to attend, you are responsible for your own food and beverage

Each meeting includes a guest speaker with a Q&A session; a discussion among the attendees about a marketing topic, a challenge someone may be facing, or another topic important to you; and networking. Non members are welcome to attend two meetings to evaluate IPBC. Afterwards, you must join to attend Regional Meetings.  Our meetings are "Scent Free” and business casual attire is appreciated. This is a business meeting. Please, turn off your cell phone before entering the room, and sorry no children allowed. We look forward to seeing you there!
