Cloud technology continues to expand and offer firms new opportunities to create efficiencies and increase profitability. This webinar will demonstrate why document management is critical for firms of all sizes to improve the way they operate and add value to their clients. It will discuss the key steps necessary to create effective document management. Finally, this webinar will describe CCH iFirm Documents and how, as part of the CCH iFirm practice management ecosystem it opens doors to a unique approach to document management in the cloud. Plus, we’ll demonstrate how CCH iFirm Documents, combined with CCH iFirm Portal supports new levels of client service.  

Presenter's Bio:

Shannon is a Solutions Architect for the Canadian Tax, Accounting and Audit Division of Wolters Kluwer, after joining them in 2015. As a CPA, she brought with her significant experience in accounting, finance, and the software solutions that support these professions. She delivers customized presentations to bookkeeping and accounting firms of all sizes across Canada, focusing on software solutions that help professionals overcome their specific challenges for growth and profitability.

In her role as a Solutions Architect, Shannon has the opportunity to meet with many accountants and bookkeepers. As a result, she is well aware of the challenges they face, and is up to date on key industry trends.
