Systematize - Getting into specifics of creating usable systems for the everyday work on clients

Presented by Dianna Thorne, CPA

Learn the starting steps to clone oneself and how to get what is in your head out!
What is the first and second round of information you need to play with.
Then once you get it out where are you going to put it so others can follow your steps.

We will take a real-life example from the audience and break it apart and build it back up.

Presenter's Bio:

Dianna Thorne, Targeted Accounting’s President, is a CPA, Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of accounting, financial and business management experience in the public sector and in the retail, investment and service industries.

She is an expert in accounting, bookkeeping, forecasts, budgeting, business plans, process redesign, staff development and company start up.

Dianna is a Certified QuickBooks™ Pro Advisor with both Desktop and Online certifications, and has been since the inception of the program.

In addition to her accounting skills, Dianna is an accomplished public speaker who is available to present to association meetings, networking organizations, clubs and groups of entrepreneurs.

Presentation begins at 6:30 p.m.  We encourage and it's very appreciated if you can come early to have your dinner and network so there are less interruptions while the speaker is presenting.

Regional Network Chair (RNC) - Robin Mountain, CPB

The cost of the meeting is free; however, you are responsible for your own meal and beverage.

Dining out with food allergies can be a challenge, but it can be done safely. The best way to stay safe is by being informed and communicating your needs.

Before you go: ‘Be Informed and Inform’. We recommend contacting the restaurant ahead of time and talking to the restaurant or kitchen manager.

At the Restaurant: ‘Communicate’. Talk to the server upon arriving and also to the IPBC regional network chair and explain your food allergies.

Block out time on your calendar for this event right now. Why? Just imagine networking with some of the top bookkeepers in the country. Imagine the chance to be on the fast track to a more lucrative practice, to being a certified professional bookkeeper (CPB) and to receiving greater professional recognition inside and outside of this network.

Regional Meetings are a vital part of that formula for success. They're a unique chance to combine learning – a guest speaker shares expertise that's sure to make your work a bit easier – with fun and powerful networking.

Attending this meeting qualifies for one Professional Development Credit

Each meeting includes a guest speaker with a Q&A session; a discussion among the attendees about a marketing topic, a challenge someone may be facing, or another topic important to you; and networking. Non-members are welcome to attend three meetings to evaluate IPBC. Afterwards, you must join to participate in Regional Meetings.

Our meetings are "Scent Free” and business casual attire is appreciated. This is a business meeting. Please, turn off your cell phone before entering the room, and sorry no children allowed.
