Let’s talk about Advisory…

What does it mean, where do you start, and how can you build your personal advisory brand?

Session Teaser: At chata.ai, our view is that Advisory is an agile and personal concept – some might even think of it as a journey – and it isn't our job to dictate how people get to where they are going. Instead, our goal is to empower you to think critically about your own take on Advisory and give you some actionable takeaways that you can apply in your practice right away, regardless of where you are starting from. We’re calling this our “ABC Approach to Advisory”.

In our presentation, we’ll introduce the ABCs – (A) Assessing your current state, (B) Beyond the KPIs, and (C) Client empowerment, followed by a discussion of the following:

·         How we can work together to approach and understand Advisory as a concept

·         What it takes to get started or bring greater value in the Advisory space

·         Why having your data entry and data management process down to a fine art is a vital foundation for Advisory success

·         How to go “beyond the KPIs” or get to the “why” with chata.ai as your ally

·         How to approach and reinvent the client experience through Advisory

Speaker Bio:

Hailey Casper is chata.ai’s Customer Success Manager. Prior to working at chata.ai, Hailey spent most of her life falling gracefully off of tall surfaces (read: competing on behalf of the Canadian National diving team) and working to attain her BSc. in Nutrition and a minor in business.

At chata.ai, she spends her days engaging with new and existing chata.ai customers, empowering them to capitalize on new and exciting opportunities that are available to them, and helping them reach their individual goals.

Her favourite thing about her job? Having a conversation with a customer and hearing that using chata.ai has made their day, helped them land a new client, or made it easier for them to articulate their own value proposition.

Her favourite fun fact about chata.ai? Every chata.ai party she’s ever attended has ended with karaoke.

When Hailey isn’t busy with all-things-chata.ai, you’ll find her teaching spin, spending quality time with her dog-baby, or hitting up a local brunch spot in the city. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she also loves boxing and has recently taken up mountain biking... though she’s not quite sure how to feel about it just yet.

You can connect with Hailey anytime by email – hailey@chata.ai or on Twitter - @hcasp_

Company Profile: chata.ai is an AI-driven, user-friendly app that makes data access and analysis incredibly easy. It’s like Google, but for your business data. Simply ask questions in your own words and get the answers you need in real time, from anywhere, at any time.

Regional Network Chair (RNC) Dawn Ross, CPB

Attending this meeting qualifies for one Professional Development Credit

Cost of the meeting is free; however, you are responsible for your own meal and beverage

Dining out with food allergies can be a challenge, but it can be done safely. The best way to stay safe is by being informed and communicating your needs.

Before you go: ‘Be Informed and Inform’. We recommend contacting the restaurant ahead of time and talking to the restaurant manager or Kitchen manager.

At the Restaurant: ‘Communicate’. Talk to the server and your RNC upon arriving and advise them of your food allergies.

Block out time on your calendar for this event right now. Why? Just imagine networking with some of the top bookkeepers in the country. Imagine the chance to be on the fast track to a more lucrative practice, to being a certified professional bookkeeper (CPB) and to receiving greater professional recognition inside and outside of this network.

Regional Meetings are a vital part of that formula for success. They're a unique chance to combine learning – a guest speaker shares expertise that's sure to make your work a bit easier – with fun and powerful networking.

Each meeting includes a guest speaker with a Q&A session; a discussion among the attendees about a marketing topic, a challenge someone may be facing, or another topic important to you; and networking. Non-members are welcome to attend three meetings to evaluate IPBC. Afterwards, you must join to participate in Regional Meetings.

Our meetings are "Scent Free” and business casual attire is appreciated. This is a business meeting. Please, turn off your cell phone before entering the room, and sorry no children allowed.

We look forward to seeing you there!
